The Challenges Faced

Our Solution
Infomate proposed a comprehensive plan to manage the client's Finance Services Centre (FSC) on an interim basis. But we didn't stop there. We also took on the ambitious task of designing, planning, and managing the transition to an "Enterprise Shared Services Centre" (ESSC), in which we:

Ran a Lease Audit to identify opportunities to improve data quality in the MRI system.
Developed performance measures to monitor staff activity across the FSC
Updated information — We brought their Critical Dates information up to date by cleaning up data for 9,000 leases in the MRI system.
Productivity boost — The offshore team achieved a 20% increase in productivity compared to the original FSC team, leading to more streamlined operations and cost-effectiveness.
