Our two delivery centres at Orion City, one of Sri Lanka's leading IT parks, are where most of our client operations run. Operating here since 2017, these facilities are supported by 24/7 building management and security, backup power, high-availability connectivity and room to scale. Teams across finance and accounting, HR, back-office and contact centre services work under the same controls, quality checks and reporting standards, enabling clients to scale from a pilot team to 100–500 FTEs without any change in the standard of delivery.

Infomate is the first global BPO to establish operations in Kurunegala. Equipped with backup power, redundant connectivity and full work and meeting facilities, the centre provides our clients with a secondary delivery site beyond Colombo and forms a central part of our business continuity plan, ensuring operations continue in the event of any disruption in Colombo. It also gives us access to a growing pool of regional talent, supporting long-term workforce stability for client programmes.
